After the museum, make your way to the top of Lookout Mountain not only for a great view but also to visit Buffalo Bill’s final resting place.
Hiking
For an easy hike just follow the path that runs alongside Clear Creek for spectacular views. Or climb Lookout Mountain for a breathtaking scene of Golden from above. Looking for something a little more challenging? Try the Dakota Ridge trail for some up and down inclines along with sweeping views of the valley.
